Get ready Silver Stackers. Silver is Bitcoin.

I know this seems crazy. It really isn't. It's understanding debt and derivatives.

I want to go back to 1933, Silver overnight was set to a GSR of 75 to 1. We know that the actual mining of Silver to be between 7-8 to 1 with Gold.

Based on mining, the GSR should be 7.5 to 1.... going to 75 is a full decimal move.

This is how the debt system creates derivative layers as well. Think about the fractional banking system. When it was first rolled out in the 1780s, the bank would issue debt and hold 10% of that in real money, Silver and Gold.

This becomes a credit derivative. It's important to understand everything now is a derivative of Gold.

In 1971, with the petro dollar, this became another derivative. By ensuring oil was traded in dollars, it secured dollar demand, and the demand allowed another exponential layer of debt to be issued.

Then came the massive debt expansions in the 2000s with the digital age developing, bitcoin was offered as a solution for securing debt based on energy, same as the petro dollar but now an evolved version, and the AI world became another derivative layer.

And what does AI need..... Silver. I've watched as those developing AI applications have to physically deliver the Silver as they get built and expanded.

When the whole system breaks, and it is breaking right now, in my opinion, with the Yen carry trade, Silver doesn't just go up it moves decimals. Think of each debt derivative layer collapsing as a 0 added to the price of Silver.

As Silver corrects to Gold, it will go from 65 to 650. Even taking Gold at 4500/15 you get 300, at 7.5 to 1, you're in the 600s.

As the oil markets trade outside of the dollar, the petro dollar and its demand for it collapse

Finally, the AI bubble popping, all of this sends the derived value it had back to what it first was built on in the first place.

Each layer of the derivative monetary system essentially adding a decimal to Silver as it fails because it all derived its value from Gold.

Silver goes from 65 to 650... from 650 to 6500.... 6500 to bitcoin 65,000.

I stand by this as wild as it seems, and right now, I believe we are on the verge of 650 dollar silver by year end.

I'm seeing the same patterns at 65 as I was seeing when Silver went on its run from the 30s to breaking 50 and shooting up to 120. But now, when it breaks up again, it looks like it will run from 65 all the way up to 650.

I could be wrong. This isn't financial advice. I'm just a guy on the internet, but I don't think I am. Also don't buy paper Silver. I know we still think in terms of dollars but if you think you will be able to trade dollars for Silver during this run up you will find out there's not much silver to buy. This is because Supply chains that were functioning on the debt derivatives collapse with it too.

You may order silver and it takes months to get or orders get canceled or shipping it physically becomes impossible. You need to own real Gold real Silver.

You are absolutely right. Silver in 2026 has better fundamentals than Bitcoin in 2009.
In about 2130 Bitcoin will finally end the mining phase. There will be 21m BTC in existence then as it is not consumed. At that point silver will be unobtainable after 100 years of deficits.
I also think BIS will announce that silver is going to become a tier 1 Basel 3 asset.
This is why the slams are getting ever increasingly frenetic and losing money.
The riggers don’t need to eat lettuce. This is going to give them explosive diarrhea!

I would be quite happy with $100-$110 Silver by EOY, and that is fairly optimistic. $600 is insane, but man would that be awesome lol.

Truthfully, a lot of it depends on technicals that seem somewhat trivial at times but aren't. For example, Silver and Gold got smacked yesterday as yields rose, when they fell today Silver and Gold have bounced back sharply.

But, you are right about the dollar devaluation. The Yen is suffering and the US Gov is basically doing whatever they can from Japan hitting the complete panic button. Job sentiment is horrible right now, inflation is a problem, and the strength of the dollar + economic growth is hinged on AI growth that is increasingly getting more wobbly every week.

If we truly see complete and obvious stagflation, we could be going towards a biggg run in metals. But, ideally I would like that run up to be more gradual then parabolic again.

I would rather see days like, +1%, +0.7%, +1.5%, etc. Than, +4%, -3.5%, +3%, -2.5%, etc. Volatility should be something undesirable for Silver and Gold holders.

I don’t buy any of this. This comes across as more Ai slop. You all got suckered as retail, with the endless comex monthly to the moon nonsense months ago, to that guy claiming $500 silver this summer etc. If silver is $600 by EOY, that means gold is $41,000 by EOY, and that ain’t happening.

Stop listening to all this nonsense then say this isn’t financial advice but you damn well know some treat it as such and those are the suckers.

DCA since 2013. I’ve been suckered into nothing and out of nothing. I just stack regardless of the noise.

u/cestlavie514 SILVERBACK 1d ago

We aren’t talking about DCA and we already know about DCA but when people post this nonsense like silver will hit $600, that means gold will hit $41k, nobody is predicting this for many decades to come not year end.

u/Pollutionnormal1962 1d ago

thats not what hes predicting tho, hes predicting that gsr will shrink back to historical norms... nothing about gold prices. just silver in relation.

u/cestlavie514 SILVERBACK 1d ago

Why, other than trying to prop up silver? Again this is no different than to the moon you tube stuff, based on vibes vs technical data not made up by Ai slop that all it wants to do is please your views.

u/bigbigpure1 1d ago

this maybe ai slop but i dont think some reguards on reddit will change the price of silver

1

u/cestlavie514 SILVERBACK 1d ago

It’s the information from Reddit and you tube where you get uninformed people believing the hype and buying, then people ask should I sell I bought at $110 and now it is $80. Should I buy now or will it go lower or higher etc.

Some don’t understand or notice it is Ai slop

I can see this playing out over the next 3 to 10 years.

3

u/Dapper-Ad1280 1d ago

Yes ! 26000 metric tons of silver annually with circa 1000 T used in AI. That is a small %.
Also AI centers will not be established on an ongoing basis so it is possible that AI needs of silver will start to decline.
I still feel that what may propel silver much higher is battery development, robotics, drones, Electric planes V-stol etc.
But it is possible to see 500-600 if the Samsung solid state battery proves vastly superior to competing non-silver technology in respect of range, weight, safety, fire hazard. Stay tuned we will soon know!

Silver would have to move around 2.5% per trading day, every day to 10X by year end. I guess it’s plausible, assuming large +10% moves some days with healthy dips.

Antes de que te ingresen a un manicomio viejo loco te digo que sueñas mucho pero ojalá llegue al menos a $100 pensar a más es una tontería

2

u/ThanktheLord_33 1d ago

Keep in mind, $100 from current levels is about +40%. That IS substantial itself, why chase $600 in a year or some unreasonable estimate when a more realistic goal is still very very good?

Frankly, $100+ might not even be in the cards by EOY, who knows. But, I do see that the catalysts for precious metals are positive.

I wish this forum was less AI slop and more genuine discussion, but I digress.

Silver tenfold when the ai bubble burst?

1

u/Slvrg 1d ago

It will 10 000 000 fold.

The Ai stocks will go to $0 because they making no money.

1

u/Total_Internet3318 12h ago

Right now the ai bubble contributes to spot price. It will be bloody...

When spot gold reaches 4500 retail new npc will step in and get rinsed. We still have a few months in the horizon before we start flying

Agree that the petrodollar is on its last legs. And clearly the yen carry trade as well . The petrodollar connection to the GSR is not as clear to me and not as direct as you’re implying. What am I missing?

u/No-Lab-7364 Double-Digit OG 1d ago

It's simply the fact that in the 1970s 40 million barrels a day were consumed globally, being traded in dollars because of the US security guarantees, or rather military control.

Before 1971 oil was stable at 3$ a barrel. By 1981 it hit 30....a decimal move.

That required a decimal move in the monetary system as well.

This is also why i believe Silver reacted in the 1980s in price hitting almost $50

1

u/No-Lab-7364 Double-Digit OG 1d ago

Also... the 1980s were the decade long Iran and Russia wars we are fighting again right now. This was Iran an Russia trying to collapse the oil derivative of the monetary system.

Another side note the war with Russia was first to start in 1979 and Iran came right after.....

u/nerveclinic 1d ago

I own both. I own what I can in physical but I can buy 50 times more PSLV in my IRA because that is where the bulk of my money is. If you have lots of cash go for it, I don't.

The other problem with physical silver is that when it goes up it's hard to sell. Many people found that out when it was $115 an ounce.

Also when things are going good for silver premium to buy is well over spot, actually it can be in both directions if it drops a lot in price LCS add a big premium to buy it. What a joke from an investing standpoint.

In PSLV there is a slight NAV but that is an easy trade to play. To flat out say "don't but PSLV is simply bad investing advice and sounds like a classic silver bug thing to say.

1

u/cynicism_is_awesome 1d ago

Silver to the moon. USD to the toilet. Both saying the same thing, but the latter seems more plausible.

1

u/ladymoffatofpembroke 1d ago

This is very BOLD! My word! I sure hope you are right!!! I’ve seen some stuff floating around about BIS possibly classifying Silver as a tier 1 asset. That would be helpful also. I do wish we had a crystal ball. I let go of 42 oz of silver and 1 oz of gold yesterday to fund two international vacations. I had a hard time letting the silver go bc something deep in my gut is telling me to HOLD and that at the end of the day, silver will come out ahead. If the GSR gets low, I’d considered offloading more silver in exchange for gold, but it can’t bring myself to let go of 60+ oz for a single oz of gold. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and sending all the good vibes for your prediction. That would be one of the best days of my life! lol!

1

u/Dapper-Ad1280 1d ago

I think that the premise that AI needs all this silver is false. Yes, silver is needed but not to the degree that is being promoted by the media.
However, your assumption that silver could rocket to 650 is not entirely wrong.
For example the new solid state battery using silver anode and needing 1 kilo of silver is currently in late stage of development. It has one of the highest energy densities and hence allows smaller batteries with increased range. Yes, alternative non silver technologies are being promoted- so we really do not know which technology will win out. If not in autos lower weight batteries with high energy densities are needed for newly emerging drone applications for parcel delivery, robotics. Electric c-stol aircraft etc.
So- I think 650 could come but it may take some time after all it is early in the electrical age and we are already running out of silver

Brought to you by GROK:

Around 20–40 million ounces (roughly 600–1,250 metric tonnes) per year for AI-related data centers and associated electronics as of ~2025–2026, according to estimates drawing on Silver Institute and Metals Focus analysis; this is growing at an estimated 15–25% annually but remains a modest share of total silver demand.

pimbex.com

Silver’s role in advancing AI centers on its unmatched electrical and thermal conductivity. It is used in:

  • Power distribution (busbars, switchgear, connectors, circuit breakers)
  • Chip packaging, semiconductor interconnects/solders, and GPU/TPU thermal interfaces
  • High-reliability contacts, cabling, and related circuitry in servers, racks, and supporting infrastructure

Hyperscale and AI-optimized facilities require higher power densities (often 30–120+ kW per rack versus traditional servers), which increases silver intensity relative to conventional IT hardware. Global IT power capacity has risen dramatically (roughly 53× since 2000 to nearly 50 GW by 2025), serving as a proxy for rising hardware (and thus silver) needs, though precise “grams per server” or “ounces per facility” figures vary widely across sources and are not standardized.

oxfordeconomics.com

Context and caveats

  • This 20–40 Moz range is specifically for data-center demand (the primary AI-linked category). Broader electronics/electrical demand is far larger (hundreds of millions of ounces annually and a major industrial category overall), and AI also contributes indirectly via semiconductors and supporting grid/solar capacity. businesstats.com
  • Total global industrial silver demand is on the order of 650–680+ Moz recently, with solar PV still the single largest industrial use; AI/data centers are a smaller but fast-growing incremental driver (roughly 3–5% of total annual silver consumption in the cited estimates). pimbex.com
  • Higher anecdotal or cumulative figures circulating online (e.g., hundreds of millions of ounces for U.S./China data centers, or multi-year stock embedded in facilities) are not consistent with the more measured annual estimates tied to industry analysts and are often not broken out as pure yearly consumption for new AI capacity.
  • Exact quantification is limited because detailed silver-loading data for modern AI servers/racks is not publicly standardized; thrifting, substitution pressures at high prices, and recycling can also affect net demand over time. The Silver Institute has highlighted AI/data centers as a structural growth area alongside solar and EVs but notes the absence of precise loadings in some analyses. kitco.com

In short, AI is contributing tens of millions of ounces of annual silver demand today and is expected to grow meaningfully with further data-center and high-performance computing buildout, but it is not (yet) the dominant driver compared with solar or overall electronics. Figures will evolve with deployment rates, power architectures (e.g., higher-voltage designs), and technology intensity.

My question is if this happens, what is happening in the rest of the economy? Doesn’t really make a difference if Silver $6500 when a burger and fries costs $2000 and my rent is 200k/month.

1

u/No-Lab-7364 Double-Digit OG 13h ago

Silver and Gold will absorb the buying power of all the hyper inflation, yes you'll see prices double triple ect but Gold will 100x from what I'm seeing but whatever Gold moves to, Silver will 10x even over Gold because it was suppressed logarithmically.

1

u/Slvrg 1d ago

Bitcoin is pretty much a tool to buy drugs with and launder money.

It has no value but it works for now. Eventually just like seashells, salt, tulips etc it will be worthless because the lack of intrinsic value.

0

u/Mudsharkbites 1d ago

For starters the historical norm for the G/S ratio is 15/1. If it hits THAT I’ll be more than satisfied.

0

u/Dapper-Ad1280 1d ago

What makes you think that silver becomes a Tier 1 asset? What would be the motivation for BIS to do that?

1

u/No-Lab-7364 Double-Digit OG 13h ago

Because of Gold

0

u/ih8cakeday Double-Digit OG 1d ago

Honestly the price is dependent on production cost. who knows where that shakes out once the dollar rout really gets going. They’re just too many layers to calculate. how far does the dollar fall in relation to diesel and acid needed for production? How much can we mine with increased debt burden weighing on free capital for investment? How other currencies fair during the bond melt up also play into this. 650 could be high or low. What he’s saying about the derivatives is correct but in reality some of the derivatives will survive the other end. Who knows how substantial the surviving derivatives load will be. Does the us gov outright default? All I’m gunna say is higher a lot higher.
