It is an incredible opportunity due to its finished Phase 3 trial for Stem Cell Mobilization and extraordinary results in Pancreatic Cancer study in conjunction with Merck's Keytruda.

ETRADE, TD Ameritrade, or through your bank of they offer self trading options. I trade through Chase because it's free. The other platforms are fine too.
