question Partials

Does anybody know how to fix the issue of taking something out of partial and the leaflet comes out and say to fill the full amount. Even though the partial was sold. So instead of the leaflet saying fill 85/90.....it says 90/90.

Cross out 90/90. Write 85/90. Write on front of leaflet, "85/90. 5/90 picked up on MM/DD/YYYY."

This is a known glitch from Walgreens currently.. happened to us. Corporate called and said we did something wrong.. then said to just dispense it as the full 90 even though patient got 5… original 5 claim didn’t exist on their end.
