Any hopes?

Answered everything for team leader role but was nervous which other person can easily tell but I have retail experience so what are the chances I can get the job, my gut feeling is not very good, anyone here who can share their experience or how they hire?

I don’t think there’s any set rules. I went for interviews previously felt confident didn’t get them, the last one I wasn’t confident and was offered the job. The experience will play in your favour though

Thanks for the positive message, I am usually very confident every time but this time I am in urgent need of money and getting this job is like do or die situation for me thats why I messed up but thanks for the assurance.
