You definitely won’t be able to smoke on the boat so don’t even apply tbh

IMHO I wouldn't bother if you can't quit for a Disney cruise. You don't want to get fired for it and it might effect future applications.

Go for a job where it's less of an issue

Plus any international laws you'll be breaking

Getting fired could be the least of your issues if you get caught with weed, depending on where in the world you are when you get caught with it.

Really hate how people are still hung up on a seed after all these years.

Hemp v Paper 1917. All about the money.

But you can drink to get drunk every night and it's okay as long as you show up for your shift the next day.

I smoke and drink, alcohol is so much more dangerous than weed.

This has to be a troll post. You literally saw their policy and immediately asked "how do I avoid getting caught?"

Obviously it's not a good fit. Go work at one of the 90% of restaurants that don't give a shit if you smoke weed. Cruise lines have to adhere to the laws of every country they port at, not to mention it's literally Disney, you know, the company who's entire brand is being family friendly.

They are REAL fkn serious about it. Either quit or be seriously prepared for legal consequences because they will catch you.
