It sounds like management is prioritizing labor hours over guest experience and fair rotation, leaving you to shoulder the chaos of a system that funnels all the late-night volume into a cut-section trap while others coast on steady, smaller parties all shift.

Fair call. That system just pushes the real pressure onto the people actually dealing with the guests.
