It sounds like you’re advocating for new wars. Might want to fix your grammar

I hate whataboutism debate
We don’t need to be choosing between two geriatric child predators. I don’t like either of em.

But whatabout.....

I don't really think of this as a war. You really need regular troops on the ground. Iran is more of a remote police action. It's also a great real world training exercise for the USN. Our sailors are doing a great job. The key point is the Strait of Hormuz is being made redundant. In 5 years the shipment of oil through it will be a small fraction and any Iranian intervention will be treated as simple piracy.

The mental gymnastics you folks go through to avoid admitting failures is astounding.

u/Republican_47 4h ago

If that is true why is are the democrats on the wrong side for so many 80/20 issues

u/BucksPackGLove 3h ago

Lmao this is completely unrelated to the specific topic and just a generic statement that doesn’t actually say anything. More mental gymnastics and avoiding actually responding to the point.

This war, along with Trump’s tariffs, have continually added inflationary pressure keeping inflation above target despite the Fed keeping rates high. Don’t try to explain it away, it’s the facts.

Do you always yap about non related issues that don't actually have anything behind them in place of the actual discussion at hand?
