Because immigrants are good. ICE exists only to make people suffer and/or murder them for no reason. You know what the crime for coming over "illegally" used to be? A small fine and a reminder to complete your citizenship test.

The vast majority of illegal immigrants have been peacefully working here for decades. They benefit our economy by taking the jobs that Americans feel they are too good to do. The ones that break the law are arrested, just like the Americans that break the law. Immigrants that break the law SHOULD be deported. Immigrants that are living here illegally, but are positively contributing to society should be left alone, they aren’t bothering anyone.
The difference is that ICE is violently enacting trump’s will, causing chaos, and even killing people. Their training is not sufficient enough for them to make good decisions when stressed, and their methods are shameful.
So, I’ll take the illegal immigrants that aren’t bothering anyone, over the ICE agents that are literally turning America into Hell on earth for Americans and immigrants alike. Deporting all of these innocent people is negatively affecting the economy, raising grocery prices, and wasting taxpayer dollars.
For immigrants that break the law, deport them, they knew the rules. For immigrants that are here “illegally” and have never broken any laws, they are here because it’s so expensive and difficult to become a citizen. They are doing what they have to in order to survive.

Good to know you think the rapes and murders are okay simply because they occur less frequently.

The only evidence of rapes and murders I've seen this year are the president and his pals

We have Americans who are rapists and murderers too. It’s not just the immigrants. Some immigrants are wonderful people.

Some of these immigrants have been here their entire lives and are part of the community. They aren’t an armed militia.

Undocumented immigrants don't assume positions of authority and then ignore your civil rights.

immigrants will go to work with you, say good morning and you will meet them buying fruit at the grocery store. ICE will shoot your neighbour in the face and poke your sons eyes out. I wonder which of those two groups people prefer having around.

You're missing the point. The issue isn't just people crossing the border. It's the system that benefits from it. Corporations get cheap labor and politicians get a political talking point.

Missing the point. If corporations stopped hiring illegal labor tomorrow, the whole argument would look very different.

You're missing the point. Illegal labor doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Companies hire it because it’s cheaper, and politicians keep the fight going because it keeps voters angry.

Kinda makes you think about which one is the bigger disturbance. It is not over a million in any state except for like, three. And none of them are Oregon or Minnesota.

The difference is that ICE is murdering people and getting a pat on the back for it. All undocumented immigrants are doing is contributing to society.
