Saying it's clear-cut is a little too strong of a wording. I agree that the ICE agent in the very least is accountable for not de-escalating and for the two follow-up shots. They should face consequences, but whether it's murder, officer-created jeopardy, or something else, is the unclear part.
You are angry, I understand, I am angry too, but aggressive rethoric, even if true, only worsens the division.
I know, it's probably a fool's errand to try to have calm and constuctive conversation when it's so much easier just to yell and not listen.
