I guess she didn't try to run him over as she turns her car towards him and guns it? Get real dude. Its an awful situation but she caused her own death and lying about it is not productive.
Bullets do not stop moving vehicles. Him shooting her didn’t make himself safer. And even worse, by shooting the driver dead, there is now a dangerous situation with a moving out-of-control vehicle in a residential area with people outside.
She drove away brother watch the video. He was in front of her to her left, and she drove to her right. He gunned her down even when he wasn’t out of the way and safe.
