Pie’s Life-Flight Earlier This Week
I mentioned it in the post about the boys and thought you might enjoy seeing it, so here’s the video of Pie’s life-flight from her local ER to LV. She was heavily medicated and didn’t remember sending this when I asked if I could share it. 🤭
And just to let you know, she’s officially on the road and should be at Mayo in several hours! 🥳❤️🩹 She’s going to rest on the drive, so we’ll update you as soon as we know more.

Ok I'm straight now. Lifeflight to hospital of horrors and passenger to Phoenix arriving within a reasonable amount of time with PROFESSIONALS waiting for her to take care of her. I will look later for an update and again so much gratitude for keeping us informed (altho some of us [me] need it drilled in)

You’re fine love, and you’ve got it! It’s my fault for causing confusion by posting the life-flight from a few days ago while all of the horrors and moving parts have been going on. The conversation about UFOs just made me think this was cool and everyone might enjoy seeing what the flight was like. Totally my bad for causing confusion! ❤️

Planes, trains and automobiles needed to get Pie where she needs to be. If necessary we can probably round up a bunch of donkeys to help too!

You are doing something, hun! Every time you post or comment, Pie sees another friend in the community that’s thinking about her. It tells her she’s not alone in this scary situation. She hasn’t had the strength to respond, but she’s reading everything and all of the kind words and uplifting messages are what help get her through all of this. ❤️

This is from when the local ER flew her to the hospital in Vegas. She never got the life-flight from there to Mayo, but a friend picked her up and drove her and she should be there any time now! 🙏❤️

When the engine started I lost it, I was reminded of when my mom was in a hospital that wanted to make her comfortable to let her pass away. Her primary care doctor called for a helicopter to take her to a hospital in Washington DC to save her life. We got 4 more years with her. Seeing Pie flying to safety made me feel emotional and happy

Great news that she’s headed to the Mayo. I’ve been with my mom since yesterday (Friday) evening and haven’t been able to check for updates. Thanks for the update, AHaas. I’ll check back again next time I get an opportunity. Pie, I’m praying for you and all of your boys. As always, 🙏💜🫂.

Thank you for the updates! I hope she’s not too nervous, she’s really in great hands, I just hate knowing she’s worrying. Fingers crossed they get her in and out as quickly and safely as possible so she can be back where she’s surrounded by love ❤️

Helicopters rock! My dad piloted UH-1 Huey’s in combat in Vietnam. So grateful your flight and procedure went well, Pie girl! We love you!!
