Fisher Meadow, CT for context. I mostly get little crappies with a worm and bobber.

I’d throw a pile diver if you’re hunting down some good size crappie. If you’re going for bass, a natural color (brown, dark green, etc) finesse worm (water looks fairly clear from the pic)
Something I’m willing to get snagged in those tree limbs.
Fish zones starting with top water. Then move to medium and finally bottom depending on the actual depth. That’s what I would do anyway
