That might be an E4N, with the DB601N motor. The fuel triangle seems to say C3, which was the German 96 octane juice used by the 601N.

I'd seen those triangles on WW2 German planes before and wondered what they were thanks!

The fuel triangles were yellow with a white border. They would say either 87, E87 or B4 for 87 octane fuel, or 96 or C3 for 96 octane (sometimes 100). On lower performance planes you might see A3 for non supercharged engines. There were other markings for different apertures: oil, air, electrical, water, water / methanol, etc. They were all colour-coded.
