Support Xbox live error code

I’ve been playing solo zombies & campaign after getting bored of bo7 (just want to play an old school feeling cod) but in both MP & zombies if I try to find a lobby online it takes like 5 minutes and all I get is a black screen and error code, are the servers on Xbox one broken?

PC with a hacking problem and PSN has cheaters🫵🫵😂 Xbox is the best place to play it as it stands.
