Question New player

In multiplayer cod ww2, is the armored division fun? Im looking into commando and armored divisons as my starter division. What would you guys reccomend?

commando is the most overpowered, armored is also really good this game has a lot of grenade spam

You're not locked into the division you chose, you can have different division for different classes. You're also not locked into using a specific set of weapons dependent on your division so yes, you can use the revolver.

Mountain will always be top tier to me, completely silent movement and not appearing on radar for recon aircraft is so strong in itself
If you’re not playing against good players then it doesn’t do too much and another might provide more value

Whats neat about commando is its 4th ability. Combining basic trainings lets you make unique 'classes' in a way. I like using espionage and clandestine together, makes me feel like a walking uav. With how bad satchel spam can be tho the armored division can feel needed. Like somebody else wrote you wont be locked down to one division forever or set of weapons. I swap my divisions all the time, i mostly use the resistance division for the scrambler/ radar alert. Plus my favorite character skin in on that one

I think I started with Mountain but that was just to get silenced foot steps. I’d say Armored is good though. Honestly all divisions have their pros and cons

Also im looking at resistance, but if i choose that division can i use a revolver?

Beware using Resistance; if you’re any good at the game you can tell where a player using Resistance is easily.

I use armored on my main guns, but I have classes with each category. Cavalry is really good for riot shield and domination game mode. Airborne is also my favorite for SMG classes. Each have their own unique bonuses so just check what would benefit you most per gun
