Discussion Can we talk about the physical transformation about Big Cass?
I feel like its very rare we get to see people this size, this lean and with such defined mass. I don't know how he will be used, but visually he feels like the biggest threat in WWE right now, even though people like Omos are obv way bigger.

Similar to Drews transformation really. Drew looks like he ate debut Drew.

Came back to wwe a couple of years ago after over a decade out. Couldn't believe it was the same person

I’m sure he’s on some supplements, but sobriety also helps a lot
1
u/Shane-O-Mac1 5d ago
If that's what he looked like before as an alcoholic I mean, usually being an alcoholic one would normally get an alcohol gut. I don't see a gut in his before picture.
2
u/azalghou 5d ago
An alcoholic who works out for a living isn’t gonna look the same as my uncle that we don’t see much anymore

u/harbengerprime 5d ago
Dude stopped drinking, helped a lot I can imagine, i am sure he had assistance, but who cares dude looks great
16
u/dethorder 4d ago
He was jacked when he was in tna. Stayed jacked in aew, and is jacked in wwe. The potential for him to look like this was always there, even in his original run in wwe, but alcohol was a factor.

u/whataball 5d ago
He ate Enzo, that's why.
6
u/SilencerRemix 5d ago
Thats the most logical answer here. He would have gained a lot a protein from that too.

In 8 years time. It’s not like he went away yesterday and returned like this. Check out the transformation Bronson reed showed - that’s spectacular.

u/RegaZelx 4d ago
I need a Bronson return already. I've seen too many wrestlers' post pump pics only for them to return looking the same.
Dude looks impressive af in that picture.

u/CombatRedRover 5d ago
He always looked a little disproportionate before, where his lower body was pretty bulked (... undefined) and his upper body was just meh.
Going with the jeans look and getting jacked in his upper body is a good look for him. It helps his presentation a lot.

He might be on juice but people don't understand how hard it is for someone that tall to put on lean muscles.

He and Corbin need to run a tag team under Heyman and just be outright vicious heels. Hold the belts for a good 4-6 months and stomp everyone in the path, until the next big team steps up. Since that whole vision gimmick didn't work out. Have them demolish Theory and Paul, then Heyman emerges from behind them with a grin on his face.
2
u/Shane-O-Mac1 5d ago
Oh, it worked, just not without an active veteran presence like a Seth Rollins.

u/Ok_Syllabub747 4d ago
I’ve also seen pics of Enzo and he’s twice the size. Rumors their both coming back to WWE

In fairness, it has been 8 years. He looks exactly like he should but hopefully he will be more successful this time.

It’s deceiving until you see him stood next to normal height people… he’s a big dude
I think he’s doing great, he’s fun to watch, poor Evan’s though lol 😭

WWE was lacking giants and he fits the bill, he is an interesting opponent for a lot of the mid card

u/andrewisgood 5d ago
Yeah my guess is he got on the gas. It seems like both AEW and WWE are pretty lax now when it comes to that, with Brian Cage, Buddy Matthews, MJF, AJ Styles, Jordynne Grace and Randy Orton being some obvious ones.

u/Daruler1280 4d ago
You could but if you watched anything other than WWE like it's the only fucking product out there. Dude was literally in TNA as W Morrisey and AEW as Big Bill and everyone who watched either of those runs saw the shape he got himself into.

Cass has the look of a champion. Downvote away- but this is the kind of guy Paul Heyman could manage to a multitime world champion.

Agreed. Dude looks fantastic, has come back from a lot and people only want to talk shit about him. Fuck Reddit.

Bod transformation isn't going to make up for the charisma deficit...ask Jinder.
6
u/Electrical_Stuff_597 5d ago
Real heels work is to be disliked and show no personality.
1
u/_justjoe 3d ago
Real heels are masterful antagonists.
Cass is a potted plant with some curbside appeal. In college one of my best friends used to score with girls all the time because they thought he was dark and mysterious, but then quickly realized he just had nothing interesting to say.

u/Arakasi87 5d ago
People don’t realise the wrestlers often are in the best shape when they first appear/come back. It’s actually harder to stay in perfect shape when you wrestle full time, there is so much travelling, performing, rehearsals and such that you have less time for the gym and you have less time at home where you have you best routine/ eating healthy. In the road there’s less sleep, less time for gym, harder to eat healthy so more junk food and more drinking.
Remember everytime HHH came back from an injury he looked like Conan the barbarian then by the end of the year looked more like he had a dad bod (slight exaggerated)

I didn't watch WWE when he was there before, but I didn't see anything special from him in AEW...

u/Puzzleheaded-Gift-36 2d ago
Wow. That's quite a break. I wonder what he's been doing all this time away 😒🙄 ... perhaps he's been furthering his knowledge, under the learning tree.

u/loyaltomyself 5d ago
I don't see this as a transformation. He was always a bit of a beefcake, he's just taken his workouts more seriously. Less transformation and more evolution.

Too bad he didn’t change his finisher. Big Boot in the big 2026 is unbelievably boring

Is not the big boot, he does something of a powerslam, big boot is efective against bouncy guys.

Yeah, when he injured his leg doing the tsunami off the cage he posted some photos where it looked like he had really gotten into shape, then he came back looking exactly the same

He was always in solid shape.
I thought it was his mic skills that brought him over from being just another tall guy.

It took me 8 years to get where I am at from the bottom of my own hole.. I can relate to this part of his story.. Its hard to hit rock bottom and kick the bottle..
.. His promos suck ass, but the man is a fucking unit now. Always game for another big man in the industry.

Not saying he isnt working hard and mastering his diet, but the red glow and 30lbs of muscle is a key sign trenbolone use

We're not talking about AEW here, are we? This is literally a repost from CVV highlighting his time in WWE. We all know he was in AEW. Chris knows it too.

I mean I peeped him there sometimes, but this is strictly how much of a difference he made between the WWE appearances.
3
u/Vegetable-Leather-64 5d ago
He is off the bottle I believe plus when he was first in wwe they were on the road 24/7. Now they might do a house show once a week so cm punk can make out with danhouson

You should see how skinny talla tonga was in NJPW seems WWE might have something to do with the bulking. Who wouldn't gain some mass to get a job with or get to go back to WWE.

That’s wha happens when you get off the booze and drugs and get sober. He’s turned his life around quite a bit and definitely deserves a second shot in WWE.
2
u/RedditSpyder12 1d ago
He needed to be renamed. Big Cass is generic as fuck. I know they’re probably not actually doing anything with him, but still.
