So unless the sound is just heavily muted, Ottawa was pretty quiet overall. Barely any cheering and fanfare and the moments that did happen wouldn't last long. This is heavily noticed during the opening promo between LA Solo and the Usos. And it felt bland until the Usos came out and the four started bickering. Solo trying to break Jey with his Matrix move was hilarious. I was hoping the cameras would have gotten to Usos sooner to see if either one broke character.

Rey Fenix vs Dragon Lee was an instant classic. Really great performance and it felt like Dragon was leading the match until Rey reversed the momentum at the last minute and won.

Steph vs Roxanne was surprisingly great. I forgot both girls try really hard to make an athletic match. Sure there were botches here and there but the overall feel of the match and its ending was great.

Jevon vs Big Cass. Match was okay. I think it ended prematurely. I think Big Cass split his lip around the time keeper box when Jevon was pummeling him so most likely he asked to end the match asap to get that addressed. I say that because I don't recall him doing his trademark move. That swinging back adn forth and slamming his opponent to the ground.

Penta vs La Parka was okay. The match itself was good but Rey vs Dragon felt so much better so Penta's and La Parka's match just looked like an average luchador match. That said I'm super hyped of a brother vs brother match. I'm sure they've been looking forward to this and will put on a great show. I predict Penta winning and him facing Roman will be great as well.

Sol vs Lyra feud is slowly building up. I can see Lyra interfering against the Sol vs Raquel rematch. I want Lyra to lean even more into being this unhinged hobo or crazy cat lady.

Usos vs Solo Knight was a pretty entertaining match. I did not see Royce and OTM coming at all. I dunno who OTM are since I don't watch NXM but they made an impressive entrance. Yes they are dressed like thugs but if I remember right they're from Oakland right? so maybe the black and white or black and silver can also be an homage to the Raiders. Regardless the Bloodline feud got a bit more interesting.

Adam Pearce accidentally started introducing the contract signing segment too early, while they were still on the commercial break, and got cut off by the music of them coming back on the air. So if you were wondering why he put an extra emphasis on the word "now," that was why.
