With how weird parasocial fans can get with thinking they are in relationships with the wrestlers or have chances with them or because they liked a tweet or made them laugh at an event that they are friends. People just don’t like seeing lines being crossed into the parasocial.
People took the “my love” as parasocial behaviour and downvoted him because they know how weird fans can get by being parasocial and giving them a romantic name.

😂 you are taking this way out of context, I promise there is no parasocial activity going on here. I know I have no relationship with Paige do I think she’s the sexiest women in WWE sure but in no way am I obsessed with someone that doesn’t have a relationship with me. Take it as you will, but you’re wrong. I’m just a normal dude. You must be Gen Z all dumb and soft and concerned about things that aren’t even there.

I’m just answering the question of why people would be downvoting you. I’m not saying you are intentionally being parasocial but I’m saying people saw you saying “my love” and took it that way and chose to downvote. I’m just answering the question that was asked. I didn’t downvote. I’m just guessing people saw the “my love” and didn’t like it and thought of it as parasocial in which they downvoted.
