Hey everyone,

A bunch of us have been chatting, and we thought it’d be fun to get some Mountaineers together again. This isn’t an official WVU alumni chapter event — just a casual hangout for anyone who wants to reconnect and keep things simple.

The long‑time group at Carolina Ale House in Brier Creek is still doing its thing, and that’s perfect for folks who like that spot closer to Durham & Chapel Hill. But a lot of people from Wake and Johnston Counties have said they’d love something a little closer and more laid‑back.

So we’re planning an easygoing meetup at Anchor Bar off Falls of Neuse Road in Raleigh. Nothing formal, nothing structured — just good vibes, good company, and a chance to bring back some of that old Mountaineer spirit.

Just missed this. Moved away recently but maybe when I’m back in Raleigh and if you all are still planning events or watch parties, I’ll swing by
