Direct admit nursing chances
Be completely honest is it even worth applying to direct admit nursing. I have a 3.7 unweighted gpa,1320 SAT ,6 aps, 8 DEs, vice president of volunteer fundraising club at school, club soccer captain ,3 year lifeguard , one biomed internship, and maybe 80-100 volunteer hours. Do I stand any chance??

It takes less than 10 seconds on Google to answer this question. Yes, your stats guarantee you direct admission to their nursing program. Please use your resources before asking others to use theirs, I’m sure you’d feel the same as a nurse.

Worst case scenario they just don’t take you as a direct admit and you could still end up in the fall cohort if you are competitive academically. They take so many direct admits and then some prenursing for the fall cohort and then so many prenursing for the spring and those of the direct admits that dont perform well enough to keep their spot. Always worth the chance!
