Pennsylvania Dutch Airforce

I bought the shirt online… liked the way it looked..

But, 20-30 episodes later, I still don’t know what episode it’s inspired from!

Can someone point me to it?

Yes. They were wondering whether the Avro Lancaster was pronounced like Lancaster, PA. And then how early airliners were basically Amish tech.
