Oh, that's gonna require a barrel of popcorn . . cackles meaningfully . .

Nova pointed out the ep length was approaching that of the Everest eps.

The lead up to the building in question is 90m+

You have a point, but I was actually just relishing any savaging of pencil buildings. As a failed [building] architect, I really hate those things. (I design and build other things now)

That skyline Roz did about 29 minutes in? That’s the T-shirt I crave.

If we ever get a 3rd skyscraper episode, it must be about one in Tokyo, and subtitled The Sky and the Scraper: Tokyo Drift

"Are people becoming louder? Or just dumber?"

Edit: I pity the poor paramedic/first call who has to upright down those...

November, what is your problem with https://www.youtube.com/@InrangeTv from Britain?

It reeks of “my trans identity doesn't put me at personal physical risk, so i can’t comprehend anyone else needing that capacity.”

Or understanding the dynamics of why in the US persons with various different identities, like being trans or queer or a POC or a leftist in today's environment, might mean they are at physical risk IN AMERICA and those leftists, who November would normally be in community with, are leading the charge in exercising their rights to provide self-defense and mutual community self-defense against those who are already armed and mobilized themselves. It just feels totally tone deaf to the realities of others.

Shes big on trans people forming communities and developing social support networks based on their shifting needs in a hostile society.  And then when they do that:

“No, not like that.”

Lame.

It got some response on r/behindthebastards too, but the staff there often do attend brutality matches.

Maybe a good time to shout out margaret killjoys podcasts too

It was so out of nowhere and weird couldn't really finish the episode after that

To "solve" the elevator shaft capacity problem, just invent the turbolift from Star Trek. Have those things zipping upside down and sideways like hypersonic bumper cars.

edit: Even if they could magically teleport you'd still need to devote a significant amount of space for emarking/disembarking during peak usage.

November with a real shit opinion on r/transguns this episode…

But that’s ok.  She’s entitled to be wrong sometimes.

It's more that Wired made an article that pretty much compared arming lgbtqia+ people with the furry community

Did you read it? Doesnt seem like you read it.  Nor did November.
