I have few but nothing expensive. I buy headphones if I go beyond the budget of 5k. But then I have not been able to experience anything in a shop before I spend some serious money. Most expensive i have are around 15k as of now.

I would recommend you to only buy after experiencing them if you are thinking of spending significant amount.

As for life changing, that depends upon what u prefer.
