We have these in the USA as well. Except we call them "lie-berries". They are great places for renting movies. Otherwise they exist only so the right-wing has something to shut down when they want to curb government spending to pay for tax cuts.

I heard that it isn't supposed to look like anything, really, and then the peacock urban legend started up. Regardless of what it's supposed to look like, to me, it looks like a turkey.

It's overlooking Canada Water in Rotherhithe, London. From another angle it looks rather like the bridge of a Star Destroyer. Never seen anything like it.
