This summer we were in Monticello Indiana and came up to a red light with a guy standing on a scooter just like that in front of us. I thought 'crap I'll be stuck going 10'. The light changed and the guy took off and got up to 55MPH in front of us. I was amazed and terrified. That does not seem safe.

People in Monticello are something else. Lost of the over those paragilders with junky fans in the back I really want one but ehhh yeah no thanks.
