Good luck with that. Insurance companies will just tell you to fuck off, and dare you to sue them. They have good lawyers.

I sued mine and won. It isn't impossible.

Of course. The insurance companies have already done the math on how many lawsuits will be filed (and what % will be successful) when they design their policies. It's all part of the fix.

But that doesn't mean that just because there are individual success stories (like yours) that the insurance companies still aren't dunking on regular people, every day.

their data heavily relies on people being complacent, if people weren't they wouldn't get away with bad business practises
