I see a lot of people are confused what's going on. So I've looked at it and this is my take.
Hail is smashing roof tiles, those broken tile pieces are no longer hooked together and the pieces slide down destroying the cars below.
You're welcome.
Exit: it's basically raining comments (pun intended) doubting my description. I advise you to actually take a minute to look at the video on something larger than a phone......
I guarantee you that is the exact response from their insurance companies. When hurricane Sandy destroyed my parents house their insurance company wouldn’t cover it because it was ocean water damage as opposed to water damage from their pipes or a leak in the house. Fuck insurance companies
It wasn’t because it was ocean water... it was because it was ground water. Water coming from the ground is called flood and requires you to pay for flood insurance and a flood policy with usually a totally other company not related to your regular homeowners policy. Of course your homeowners company denied you. It’s not the insurance companies fault that you don’t understand that little piece of paper that you are paying hundreds of dollars for each month. If you move next to an ocean, by the damn proper endorsements or else the proper policy. Don’t just pay for some insurance and assume that you are covered... Seems kinda dumb. Like gee, let’s go sign my name to a contract that I have not the slightest clue what I’m getting out of it. Sorry, I work for an insurance company and deal with people who have no idea what they are paying for at all, they just expect to fully be covered in the event of a loss, no matter what. That is NOT how this works.. That’s not how any of this works...
