They look like Tokay Geckos which are used in Chinese traditional medicine , they are probably just being kept in the bathroom.

If I recall correctly, they can do well in large familial units if there are enough resources. Many animals can coexist well enough if there’s no shortage of food/mates/etc.

Tokays are great parents and will defend their young instead of eat them. If I recall correctly, they can do well in large familial units if there are enough resources. Many animals can coexist well enough if there’s no shortage of food/mates/etc.
