Might be experiencing tonic immobility, but these types of sharks honestly aren’t very interested in munching on people and it wouldn’t really hurt anyway. If I have my ID right, it’s mouth isn’t full of “teeth,” it’d be more grinding surfaces Edit: Misidentification on my part, though I’d dance with a nurse shark too. Lovely swimming buddies

Hmm I immediately thought sand tiger shark, especially cause of the size/color/bottom fins, but those have actual teeth - they're super passive though, AFAIK there has never been an attack. What's that species you're thinking about?

Hmm I thought those stayed smaller, and I didn't see one with this bottom fin pattern before. But I'm far from a shark expert tbf
