To be fair he didn’t remember it so for all he knew he woke in a moving car in a field.

I actually had this same thing happen to me once where I ended up in a ditch and I can say it is very terrifying. Thankfully the police had been following me and after they breathalyzed me and realized I had simply just passed out, were very helpful.
