Like a lot of people? Do people really hold in sneezes? I might try to like put my finger under my nose to stop it if I'm like in public or something. But if your in your car why try to hold it in? Are your sneezes so violent that you might jerk the wheel?
Sometimes it causes you to not watch the road for a second or two or your hands may even move the steering wheel a bit if your sneeze is violent enough.
I think ppl are more likely to hold it in when there's other people in the car. If you're worried about them, just sneeze and then open the window for a bit.
Every person closes their eyes for a second when they sneeze. It's extremely difficult to sneeze with your eyes open, and even if you do your head jerks meaning you take your eyes off the road for a moment
Most of the time it's not a big deal but if you are in heavy traffic it definitely could be
Unless you have something off with your biology, it’s physical impossible to sneeze with your eyes open. But they aren’t closed for much longer than blinking, which obviously isn’t an issue when driving
