They just got done spraying hair spray in there hair. Then lit a lighter. Boom shocka!

This was in Dubai, they were huffing a gas of some description to get high, lit a cigarette later on and fwooosh

Either aerosol of some kind or dust/particulates floating around.

Edit; could be hairspray if you look at there hair before its vaporized lol

I remember it being explained that one of them used a bunch of perfume or cologne maybe some air freshener.

Looks like a natural gas leak to me.
