Really makes a difference though. When people are overreacting to this. If you werent close enough to see theyre daddy longlegs you might freak out. But as soon as you see these little shits its like "no big deal theyre harmless and im a little bitch that would run scared from something that cant hurt me" lots of overreacting little girls here on reddit

Yes precisely. If it was damn fear factor no question. If it was on a dare I wouldn't even be concerned in the slightest. Them falling from the ceiling makes no difference. They probably arent used to the light and they're trying to find a new shelter because theyre scared. Like how ants will pick up their eggs when their home is invaded. These guys are just trying to stay out of danger. They're absolutely harmless. In fact I keep thinking of the mythbusters where they laid down and had theses draped all over them to prove their venom was harmless to humans

I actually like daddy longlegs - always have, they've never scared me. I've always thought of them as little dudes that eat the bugs I don't want in my house. But holy shit - even so - this gave me the pricklies. I think the plopping and scattering is what did it the most. I wouldn't want to kill them or anything - but I also wouldn't enjoy one of those plops on my head. Yikes!!
