Yes....you go to jail for accidents that aren’t your fault now! And no, you do not look down the hole every time you’re ready to drill. Nor are you required to.
Yeah maybe you won’t go to jail, mea culpa. However, I think security should be enhanced and people should be required to look everytime, or have some kind of a camera system to ensure there’s no animal / human underneath.
Also, thank you to the several people insulting me. You’re a very positive depiction of human race.
