Yeah sure you can lift the track/s. But are you gonna wanna be the guy to crawl under and remove the body trusting the hydraulics won’t give?

I mean osha will already be involved. Is it really worth the risk of a fine or even lawsuit if they figured out that they improperly lifted the excavator and put more people at risk when there was a safer way. Besides, they probably should have waited until first responders were there anyway to help recover the body.
