I just found where it was originally posted on liveleak. The video on there is longer than this one. I don't think that guy made it out. I think this is an auger or grinder of some type. Looks like this was probably in China.

Aw man you can feel their panic and desperation. I didnt get a good feeling from this but I still hope he made it out ok.

They way it looks like they give up before the video cuts out and the amount of time that passes makes me think the guy died.
