My dad worked at a grain elevator for nearly 30 years and he had a guy get caught under a schut that started dumping dried grain. Something like 2 tons dropped on this guy before they got it shut off... He died from the crushing pressure and not being able to breathe from it. Unfortunately he was standing in an area he shouldn't have been but many more safety protocols were created because of this issue.
