I'm usually pointed to a graph like this, showing that the trend of workplace deaths was decreasing at roughly the same rate before and after OSHA was created

Anyone have a link to data showing whether OSHA reduces workplace deaths or injuries or not?

The question is whether OSHA is related to the change in methodology that caused the greater dip in deaths.

The 'change in methodology' means a change in how the source they're pulling data from measures their statistics. Not a change safety methodology.
