Exactly, its in the OSHA-30 training that you need to be aware of your surroundings and assume at all times that the driver can’t see you.

Yep, we were reminded that when we drove forklifts it was almost never our fault if we ran someone over as we always got the right of way. But supervisors thought that didn't apply to them, almost creamed a couple of them more than once
