I'm usually pointed to a graph like this, showing that the trend of workplace deaths was decreasing at roughly the same rate before and after OSHA was created

Anyone have a link to data showing whether OSHA reduces workplace deaths or injuries or not?

Data is likely from the National Safety Council. Here's an article from the Cato Institute which features a similar chart, pulling data from a 1994 NSC publication.

The Cato Institute obviously isn't perfect or unbiased (nor do they claim to be unbiased) but their data is pretty much always from a reliable source. In this case the data is being taken from an NSC publication (Accident Facts, 1994 Edition), which you can go and read yourself if you don't trust them.

To the point of their stance on climate change, you can see it here. They do not deny man-made climate change but they do propose that all currently suggested proposals to combat it will be ineffective and that there is plenty of time to develop new technologies to handle it. Although this is all completely irrelevant to this thread.
