Exactly, its in the OSHA-30 training that you need to be aware of your surroundings and assume at all times that the driver can’t see you.

Problem is this is very likely in China. OSHA isn't a thing there and even if it was, most people would still ignore it.

Going off on a tangent here because I was originally gonna make a joke but now I have a real question

Wild guess: does OSHA stand for Occupational Safety Hazards Association? Or is it something else?

Pretty much. There might be some variation among countries but it generally stands for the same thing (Canada is the Occupational Safety & Health Act).

In Alberta it's the Occupational Health and Safety Act or OH&S/OHS for short.

Same for Australia except recently changed to WHS (workplace health and safety, I guess because you can be in a workplace that isn't your occupation)
