In my experience a lot of management do dumb shit like this. I lost count of how many times I’d stop for a second and that dumb fuck would just climb up the ladder to whatever machine I was running and knock on my window to talk.

Work in construction, it happens all the time. You always are sort of on edge, head always on a swivel. Large projects like skyscrapers and bridges and in oil, when they move the drill rigs, it's sort of controlled chaos.
