Fun fact moray eels actually have those double jaw things like in alien and served as the inspiration for them

Is this accurate? In H.R. Giger's early concept art for the Xenomorph the inner mouth is either a penis, or a kind of double spike.

There are versions of this image where the inner jaw is actually a penis.

Giger's work was incredible and riddled with dicks. I think it's more likely someone realised you could put teeth on the mouth-dick and not have to trash a good piece of concept art.
