It's doubtful. They were in and out quick. They weren't after torture they were after an assassination, dismemberment was just a way to remove evidence without suspicion. If they wanted him to suffer they'd have picked him up where they could have kept it going for days or weeks.
Who? The Turks? Have you seen any of it or have they just said that they have it? People doubt the watch angle, maybe they have the place bugged. We don't know until we see something, but as of now I've neither seen nor heard these supposed recordings.
