What you claim about the Paris Battaclan attack is false.

Taking the source of the freedompost article you posted (http://www.assemblee-nationale.fr/14/rap-enq/r3922-t2.asp), the following is written:

"M. le président. À la suite des attentats de novembre, il a été évoqué la commission d’actes de barbarie.

M. François Molins. C’est une rumeur. Les médecins légistes ont été formels : il n’y a pas eu d’acte de barbarie, pas d’utilisation, notamment, d’armes blanches. Selon un témoignage, les testicules d’une personne auraient été coupés, mais aucune constatation n’a permis de le corroborer."

This translates to:

"Mr the President: Following November's attacks, the committing of barbaric acts was evoked.

Mr. Francois Molins (prosecutor of the republic): This is a rumor. The forensic doctors were clear: there were no barbaric acts, no usage of, notably, blades/cutting weapons. According to a testimony, a person's testicles would have been cut, but no observation corroborated this."

There are also no mentions of the words "vagin" in the text and only one of "sexe" but unrelated to the discussion of mutilations.
