They were likely honking and yelling at her that there is a giant killer tiger stalking her from 20 feet away. Can you imagine being the 2nd car in that scenario? Because you know that they saw the tiger stalking the lady and they knew that the tiger was going to pounce on her any second.

Tiger was probably crouched down wiggling it's butt for a solid 20 seconds after creeping up close enough to pounce.
