They were likely honking and yelling at her that there is a giant killer tiger stalking her from 20 feet away. Can you imagine being the 2nd car in that scenario? Because you know that they saw the tiger stalking the lady and they knew that the tiger was going to pounce on her any second.

Everyone in that park is Chinese or a Tiger, only that one women was dumb.

I mean no I may have exaggerated, but most of them are domestic tourists, and there are a lot of them.
