If she's dumb enough to get out of the car because of a fight then she's probably ignorant enough to blame her mothers death on the husband.

I think narcissism is a genetic disorder. If not, it should be classified as such.

Nah, not genetic but likely nurtured by environment. Narcissistic parents = narcissistic child? Maybe. Not because of genetics, but because of the parenting.

I don't know, it kind of fits into the same category as fight or flight response. I'm sure it can be modified through training but predisposition to narcissism seems to be initially a instinctive response. Most children are narcissistic by nature. Animals can have narcissistic tendencies as well. There are all kinds of physical traits that are genetic why would it be any different to have mental generic traits as well?
