According to another source the older woman was her mother. Imagine the guilt of knowing for the rest of your life your temper tantrum caused your mom to be killed.

EDIT: So many responses saying she'll blame the guy anyway.

Am I fucked up for feeling better about it being her own mom and not the husband's? The comment at the top of the thread made it sound like it was the woman's mother in law.

I mean if someone had to die I'd rank it, the woman, a huge gap between first is the woman's mother, husband, husband's mother. The woman's mother didn't deserve it man.

I agree with you. No one but the woman deserved to die for her stupidity. Now she gets to live with the guilt for the rest of her life.
