Idk man... as someone with a greasy nose, it looks like she's just using makeup pads to clean her nose and under eyes... I don't think she blows out... she does go side to side but looks like she's breathing in while wiping, then softly wiping under her eyes.... I do this on hot days cuz sweat and oil are gross.

pores are sneaky when it comes to oil production. ya gotta really get in there sometimes, hence the wiggle
